Our website is open 24 hours for orders and product information. Our regular business hours for office staff can be seen here (link to about us or wherever the hours are)

We ship "Best Way". Best Way means that we will explore all of the options for you and decide which way makes the most sense financially.

Inventory on hand will be shipped same day if order is received prior to 4 PM that day. If an item is backordered, or out of stock, you will be notified ASAP.

Mountaineer Packaging makes every effort to align itself with top quality suppliers. We strive to provide materials that are "Made in the USA" and are of the highest quality.

We will accept returns in the event of an error (i.e. we shipped you the wrong product). Damaged products should be refused upon delivery. We will make every effort to work with you to resolve any problems you have with your order.

In the event your order is shipped via common carrier, your tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.

If we are out of stock on a particular item, will contact you ASAP with an expected ship date. At that time you may approve the new ship date, or cancel the order altogether.
